- Maintain candidate databases.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with client organizations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentation, highlighting key metrics, accomplishments, and challenges.
- Identify and target potential clients within the headhunting industry, utilizing market research and networking strategies.
- Innovate in recruitment strategies.
